Space Shuttle Project is one of the more surprising games I've come across for this project.  You wouldn't know what kind of game it was until you looked at the back of the box or read the manual.  This game has a little bit of everything, combined with very nice presentation and graphics.  The bad part is that the game sinks into repetitiveness rather quickly, which is a shame because before that I had a lot of fun discovering this game.
