I'm wondering why you need to give your phone number to put in a custom YouTube thumbnail. Has anyone reading this ever done that? What happened?

Three more days until my doctor's appointment. The horrible thing about it is I need to fast for my blood test. When I wake up, I am really hungry. So I'm trying to make it so I wake up around 10 a.m. so when August 1 comes around I can just wake up, put my pants and shirt on, and go to the doctor's office. I need about fifteen hours of sleep each night for some reason. I tried 8, 10, 12. I was so sleepy I needed to go back to sleep. So I need to go to sleep at about 7 p.m. Right now it's 3:30 p.m. and I could go to sleep now.
