Totally agree!  Hopefully I can get every poster one day!  I am a big fan of their quality!

Thanks, my friend!  Appreciate the love!  I am a big fan of the Satomi Tadashi Persona games (Persona 1, 2 Innocent Sin and 2 Eternal Punishment).  Nice to meet other fans!  Jack Frost is the funnest demon!  Have you played Synchronicity?  I bet you have!  So cool, isn't it?

I haven’t played it, I didn’t know synchronicity was still playable 😵 I’ll have to get on that!!

I just came across this topic while doing some research online, so I hope nobody minds if I revive it. Does anyone know the value of the complete in box Gamecube bundle for this Super Mario Strikers Super Pak? I haven't been able to find any listings of it online at all. I still have mine from when I got it in Canada roughly 15 years ago. I have the Gamecube, the box, and the game, along with all manuals as far as I can tell. Even the plastic wrap for the console.

I'm not exactly looking to sell, but I'm curious if there's been a valuation of it in recent history? I can post photos is people need to see it, but there's a rough image online here: https://consolevariations.com/variation/console/gamecube-super-mario-strikers-bundle

There isn't a set value since there's never been a public sale. It definitely falls in the category of it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, whether that be a little or a lot

  3. To me rare means you gotta work for it. It either can't be found without some effort (an example would be backyard sports baseball 2007 for gamecube) or cant be purchased online without paying a premium price (an example would be cubivore for gamecube. There's usually multiple for sale at a time on ebay, but it gets sold often because its valuable and people almost always are willing to pay up for it)

I am actually doing the same thing ha! 🙂

I have several hundred at this point (worldwide, not just NA) and there are still tons more I don’t have.  I have some extras, if you happen to have a list of what you need, let me know!

It's a very fun but hard set. I'm missing so many it would honestly probably be easier for you to just send me a list of your doubles if you're looking to sell lmao. PM me if you're looking to let go of anything!

  5. Not sure how niche any of it is, but I collect literally everything gamecube. All regions, all variants, all consoles, all controllers, all demos, all memorabilia, ect. I want a complete set of everything possible (even though that's impossible).

Also collect neo geo pocket color which seems like a fairly ignored library.

And I'm trying to own every atlus developed and published game (even the shitty ljn titles they developed lol).

  6. It is really rough. Gamecube is the hardest to collect for now than it's ever been. I completed my set about a year ago and there's so many games that have skyrocketed since then. Even go go hypergrind wasn't a hundred dollar game two years ago. It seems to be the most popular system to collect for at the moment for sure.

PDS is cool, just overhyped by people pulled in by the mystique of it having been very expensive and exclusive forever IMO. The story and cut scenes certainly aren't Metal Gear Solid or Final Fantasy VII quality, although the music is. It's just too short for an RPG too, which made some plot points feel less weighty, because often RPG twists and payoffs have dozens of hours built up behind them.

Good points. The music is incredible. Your right about the length. I'm not unhappy about it being short as of now, but the fact I finished disc 1 and 2 in 6 hours was very surprising

  8. Maybe I’m just not to the point yet, but I finished disc 2 today so I’m guessing I’m halfway through the game. I adore the music and the battle system. The game is ugly as sin and walking around is very clunky, which I can look past due to its age, but I’ve heard the story is supposed to be as legendary as the game itself. Is it overhyped or does it pick up in the second half?

also for those who have also played the game, do you think it lives up to the hype? Was it worth the high buy in price to play in your opinion?

Maybe I’m missing one then because I count the two AC....I don’t count the Louvre do you?

Oops yep I have that on my list. That must be the one lol. I count it since it plays on US systems but I completely understand why a lot of people don't count it. I've heard many people refer to it as "extra credit" lmao

3DS yes.... great system and has about 418 US physical game per my count and a few rare ones as well.

DS I passed on going for a full set and picked up the hidden gems, Top 20 and a couple rarer games. Awesome system as

I got 419 on my list for 3ds, but I think jts because I count AC New lead welcome amiibo since the cartridge art is different and has the dlc as a part without needing to download the content
