mick foley came to dothan last year but the place was charging $25 to meet and $50 to get a pic....foley is one of my all time favorites.... but i aint paying jack shit to meet somebody lol.

Funny story on that note,

a few years ago we were going to radio city for the christmas show and we get there as the doors open and we are wandering up to the line and this guy walks bye and i do a double take and yell out Hey Mick , he turns around we are about 15 feet apart, i say " hey im a big fan of your work " and i was going to keep it moving and he called me over for a fist bump. and we went on our way. he was there to see the show also. i tweeted at him later that night but he never replied

He was really good and Vince wanted to put the title on him but there was no way to ever have Hogan drop the belt , he made too much money. He always sold well for a big man, I am partial to Bam Bam he is from my area , I met him one time he came into a store i was working in right after vince bought WCW. I wish i had gotten an autograpgh but i just said Hi Scott hows it going and he was friendly as could be, i asked him if he was going back to work soon and he said hell no, He was getting paid to stay home from the wcw contract, vince offered him a buyout to come work but he decided to stay home and collect the whole amount. I always liked his later work in ECW against Taz. he made taz look like a million bucks...

Your score with the raiders is admirable, I was thinking that next time this version of tecmo bowl comes around a better contest would be the same scoring rules but have everyone use one of the bottom teir teams like minnesota or indianapolis or cleaveland to give more challenge to stop the cpu on defense and a harder time scoring on offense. I would be interested to hear what other players think about this idea??

Yes the key is to get quick interceptions and get back on offense. Always pick a run play on defense. If you pick a pass you have no chance at a pick if you key their play.

That store is really good, they have a ton of cool stuff but it's all over the store, they clean the games you buy before you leave so while I'm waiting they have a locked case on the counter with all kinds of repros, I look and saw the recca.... I passed on it when he told me the price but I reconsidered because honestly I probably wouldn't put a score up on an emulator. And I didn't have to wait for shopping I took it home today. 

So I had to pick up my college daughter from spring break and used it as an excuse to stop by retro game junkie in PA and picked up some stuff I needed to tournament.... If we are going to be sitting in the house for Weeks on end might as well get into the games!!

I love tecmo bowl, classic game from back in the day, before tecmo super bowl came out my friends from school and I would draft teams and have a league and keep stats on paper. I had last pick and got stuck with the colts. It wasn't a good season

I believe this belongs to you now 

You can photoshop the bearcat logo on the sideplates

Never jump kick a snake, either forward punch or sweep kick

I'm tapping out just had a run and scorers 515 then come back and see Bert shows up and bumps me to third ... Pressing points on the forth floor is definitely the way to go. You're either going to beat the magician it not do it doesn't make a difference. Great job everyone on improving the scores all week.... I will agree a one life contest may have been more fun but we can always do that next year
