Amazing stuff! I went carnivore in July plus intermittent fasting. I do 8 eggs at 10 AM, a ribeye at 5 PM and just water, black coffee and natural Redmonds salt. I’ve lost 36 pounds, no longer have mood swings or joint pain. The results have been amazing. I don’t plan on stopping.

We had ourselves a VERY @Murray CHRISTMAS over here . Murray went above and beyond per usual. I received a gorgeous piece of Windwaker art. I cannot wait to hang this in my game room. I also received TWO sealed N64 games. I’m going for the complete CIB set. Not only did Murray help me get down to my final 14 left, he sent sealed rather than CIB. Truly exceptional. Thank you so much man. I really appreciate these gifts. This year is extra special because @Murray was my first Secret Santa “giftor” back in 2018 and he crushed it back then as well. Thanks brother. Merry Christmas to all of you! VGS is such a special place and secret Santa is my favorite event of the year. Thank you @Secret Santa for all of your hard work.
