The part of this I don't like is that a lot of the puzzles are the variety where the input and the output are in different places. Push a button on this screen, and then explore the whole whole island to notice what changed (which you will only notice if you had already explored the island previously and taken meticulous notes.

7/10 My cousin and I took all kinds of notes, made maps, and even drew out the keyboard and labeled the pattern on it. Myst even required you to read the in game books to help figure out some things. In the mid 90s it was the best of the puzzle games.

  2. FF XIII was a complete waste of time. All the reviewers at the time said, it gets good after 20 hours when you make it to pulse. I beat the game, but it never was enjoyable.

There's a related Mandela Effect from Scary Movie where people remember Marlon Wayans saying "I see white people" instead of "I see dead people". Which do you guys remember?

The Sixth Sense probably needs a rewatch for me to rate it. I remember the twist and that's about it. I'm not even sure if I've ever watched the whole thing from beginning to end.

I couldn’t find the Scary Movie line. The only clip I was able to find was from Undercover Brother.

If we count unlicensed then Action 52 is the objective worst hands down.

I've never played Ghostbusters on the NES, but that staircase section doesn't look fun at all.

I played Ghostbusters on Atari. The Atari version just has a final battle with Stay Puff. So you don’t have to deal with that stair case section.

Ok ok. I played some more N64 today and I'm hoping to have a clear to report soon.

@themisfit138 correct me if I'm wrong, but the only difference between finishing a tournament and finishing the career mode in ECW is just some different words underneath "Congratulations." If there's no credits either way, then it's hard to say that one is the true ending and the other isn't. Soooo, I went ahead and marked it cleared. If you remember any other difference from when you did career mode a few years ago, then let me know. Otherwise I say don't sweat it.

Correct it says world champ or something to that effect. I have been stuck on a loop in that game. I would get up to rank 4 then I would get a 3 vs 1 followed by a gauntlet, then a free for all cage match. Finally getting a winnable match after setting me back to rank 7 or 8. Then repeat once I got back up to 4 or 5. Story mode in ECW is much more unfair than it is in WWF Attitude.

As for you other point, if you play them on the Switch or emulator how are you supposed to get trophies? 😞

The NES-PS1 era games I play on switch or emulators. They are much easier to play with save states and whatnot. The newer stuff I play on whatever console they are on.

  7. Both are good, but I lean towards Capcom. Especially for the NES Disney games, Okami, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Oracle of Seasons/Ages , and so on.

  8. Mario, DKC, Sonic, Castlevania, I am very specific on platformers. Most are just long confusing messes.
Then RPGs, western is my most played, but I like the classic turn based also. I prefer playing them on the switch or emulator so I can quit out whenever I need to. Instead of waiting for hours to find a save point.
