I love eBay but like you say it does happen from time to time just been awhile for me. No message was cancelled for being out of stock or damaged and relisted for $3300.

As I understand it that is correct and the seller broke this contract or purchase agreement. I have reported them to eBay as well.

I miss every single one of these. At times I've had some regret in selling them but at the same time I put the money towards other things that made me happy and as others have said never could have guessed the explosion in pricing. When I decided to jump back into sealed collecting the price rise was just taking off. I'm slowly going to add these back and some I already have albeit not as nice as these copies were. Side note Scott the Woz used this picture in his sealed collecting video!

I highly agree just beat down because I've been trying to get a copy at a fair price which is constantly moving up. I had an 85+ several years back but just want a decent copy to fill the void. Back to your point with the sellers feedback it shouldn't come as a shock they took another deal.

I won the Super Mario RPG last night and 2 hours after auction end, seller sold for $3300 to another buyer. I get it I took the risk bidding with a shoddy seller so I shouldn't be surprised. I get games are in huge competition but backdooring is bush league.

Seller has this and Super Ninja Boy protos for sell. I went for Ninja Boy 2 due to its overall rarity over Super Ninja Boy but I wanted both but someone bought the other proto not long after I bought #5. Works great but I just have it in a sliding bottom VGA case boxed in a Japanese Ninja Boy box. I wish I could get it certified and encased but no one seems to do this much anymore.

They are all Turbo. At the time estimate was 60 business days but I should have paid for Speed Run looking back.
