Hey everyone, Thanks for your input, it was really helpful. I went back to the game store later today and told them that I believe these games were resealed. I gave them multiple reasons as to why and they completely agreed with me. I go there often so they know me well. They offered to refund my money or give me store credit. I also taught them what to look for in the future so they don't get scammed again and found another game that was a reseal on their sales floor and pointed it out to them. I asked them if they planned on opening the games and they said yes. I told them to make sure they do their own research before they do so, as I don't want to tarnish my reputation with with in any way. They said they would let me know what they find in the box when they open the game. We all started joking saying, "I bet there's like Sega game stuck in there rather than the real game." All in all, everything worked out and you all helped me plead my case with good great examples. Thanks so much for all of you that took the time to help me with this.

There are a few things that stick out to me as weird but the main thing is where the boxes show damage the plastic isn't ripped or torn in any way.

I was at my local game store a few days ago and they had a few Nintendo games that they said were factory sealed. I bought them before any one else could pick them up and they reassured me that they didn't seal the games and that they were in fact factory sealed. After I got home I started to do some investigating and I'm starting to think these have been resealed. I paid quite a lot of my for these games, at least for my budget, and I wanted to get anyone's advice on whether or not these look legitimate or resealed. I had a hard time finding any information on actual sealed copies of these games online. Games in question are Talespin and the Uncanny X-Men

For sale is the complete series of Zelda. I’ve been collected this for multiple years and within this listing you will get a variety of variants for multiple games as well many special edition strategy guides. Most of the games are sealed, meaning they have never been opened. I also have some copies that are complete, meaning the original game,case, and manual are included. Lastly, I have a few games that are just the cartridge. I’m a collector so condition meant a lot to me. However, as I’m sure you’re aware; these games can be hundreds of dollars so I wasn’t always able to get the best copies. Most of the games are in pretty amazing condition, especially the newer games from Wii U on up. Each game has a protective case to ensure safety of condition. If you’re a Zelda collector this opportunity to acquire all the games in one lot is very rare, especially because most of the games are New. None of the CD-i Zelda games are included, as I never collected them because they were not licensed by Nintendo. I’m not sure if I will be able to ship everything in one box due to the number of games, as I’ve never sold something of this magnitude before. I also might allow local pickup. I currently have priority selected as my shipping option but I'm going to investigate what would be the safest and most reliable. I will also cover the shipping. I was hoping they would remake this on the Switch. I remember playing this for the first time and being blown away by the timing mechanics. After playing FFVII and then going to this was very refreshing.

I don't know if you realized the replay value of PE1 but after beating the game if you play through it again there is a new location you can go to. The new location is the Chrysler building and if you make it to the top you get the true ending of the game. I beat the game back when I was 12 or so and didn't realize there was more to do until I decided to play the game again when I was like 16. Climbing to the top isn't for most but if you truly loved the game, I'd recommend it. If you do decide to, don't forget to use your Bonus Points after completing the game.

MGS is one of my favorite games of all time. Love the write up and it might just inspire me to do a write up on my favorite game on PS1, Parasite Eve!
