Is this TMNT 2 Arcade Game seal legit?

Someone is selling me a sealed copy with some white stickers . Are you fqmiliar with them? Is this some sort of magnet? Shuld i get this copy or pass?

I would be more focused on whether it has a h-seam on the back or not. If it does, look at the condition and get it.

Back in the day, before security cameras was top notch. Retailers used anti-theft devices, such as magnetic stickers. If you walk into any major retailer today. Any electronic device, movie or game not locked away. Chances are there will be a magnetic sticker on it.

While true, those were always attached to the outside of the factory wrap/seal.  That first picture makes it look like the sticker is under the seam running from the in-picture-bottom corner, which, to me, would immediately indicate that it was a reseal, regardless of what the back seam looked like.  The only thing that should be inside the plastic and showing through it should be the game box itself.

I just checked more pics and its h seam but it has 3 magnets and one seems to be under the seal so i decided to pass
