G-type | 2,482
You drop the toy boat into the water. It begins to sparkle and glitter and grows as big as a whale! *phew* its a good thing that happened or the next command might have been awkward. You climb aboard the boat. It's about to set sail! 1 1

G-type | 2,482
The outhaul stretches and flattens the lower part of the mainsail along the boom. The backstay bends the mast forward in the middle when tightened. This frees the leech, reduces weather helm, and makes a flatter sail. The cunningham tightens the lower luff of the sail, which keeps the draft forward. The halyard stretches the whole luff, particularly higher up. Next to all of this is a lever that says "set sail".
Rhapsody98 | 1,535
Is it a sloop, a dinghy, or a cutter? Does it have a galley or a head? Just one mast? What type of rudder?

Be good or you'll be the one to climb up and secure the topsail, knock up the stanchions and ship the gratings.
