Is this Metroid label authentic?

I'm negotiating a cartridge with an internet seller and he sent me some photos and a video of the cartridge.
Said to be original and showed me pictures including the system board, but the label is crooked and the red rectangle is misaligned.
He told me some of his cartridges are relabel (I've included the photo with the other cartridges, the ones marked are relabel).
As the relabels look a lot like originals, I would like your opinion. Seller seems honest. We will negotiate for a site that allows me to return if he has lied. He said that when he bought it the seller made sure it was completely authentic.

 

I want your opinion. Do you have any cartridges in which the label is misaligned?

The marker carts are relabeled.

Convenient the label has a darker more fuzzy image than much of the others.  I'd request a well lit clean image of that, it looks possibly dodgy but even the factory doesn't always pop them on straight or centered.

The board seems right, so the game shouldn't be the issue, mostly the issue could be here a re-labeling because the original was wrecked.  The cart plastic is shabby, dirty, rear sticker doesn't seem anything as nice as the front one.

@damiennightmarish I'm inclined to call that real.  The colorization of the inks from art to the title on the fold up top, spacing and size of those top letters, and even the nicks and gouges in places on that sticker too again at the fold itself I'd call that legitimate.  I wouldn't think twice to buy that given you already had the interior images.
