N64 Factory Seal - Legit?

Can anyone confirm that this seal looks legit? The first photo shows the vent holes on the front (there appear to be 6 total). The second photo shows the overlap seam. Remaing photos show rest of game/seal

From the research I've done online, there appear to be several seal variation for N64. While the vertical seam on the back is common for this title, it appears that there are known examples of Super Smash Bros having an overlap seam as well.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I don’t see an H-seam, and to my knowledge, Nintendo always printed their first party games that way at the time. Some retailers would do a reseal of their own if the items arrived with ripped cellophane, or if they were opened for display purposes and then sold.

so I’m leaning toward reseal, unless someone knows about Nintendo allowing third party seals in the 90s.

edit: nvm, I see the h-seam. Seems legit. I’d consider it a reseal if you look closely and see dirt and surface damage (other than crushing) on the box
