In fact there were stickers given out at download kiosks, so you'll have unoriginal disks that are still official conversions.

What that counts for in your "collection" is subjective I guess. when I buy FDS games I always go for the ones that include the manual so I get something "original". And I like those little clear plastic boxes around the regular casing itself.
