Yes but no. You are correct that the majority will see it for what it is - a graded item of a repro game in a seal (factory or homemade). There is a clear distinction though between this particular example and your example of a dump in a box. With the latter, any fool can see and will be put off right away (unless they have a dump displaying fetish).
