Always been interested to try “exotic” game, but probably only a few bites. Def not a whole meal without knowing how my body will react.

Nothing too out there on the menu. Everything being served there is pretty classic stuff, though I would definitely like to try that smoked gator. Usually you only ever see tail get served, (which is what I assume the nuggets are made from).

There's an exotic butcher shop here in NH called The Healthy Buffalo that's worth a visit if you want to try out different game. Lots of restaurants around here buy from them for various specials and whatnot.
