Dude. Got passed level 3 boss. Improved strategy on power ups. Once you have special weapon timer jacked up, it totally changes the game. Got to level 7. I probably don't get any points this week, but I have always thought this game was really cool, but couldnt get it. I feel like like I get it now and its even better than I thought - great game choice!

Finally got a chance to play some more and still suck. But I did locate a cow. So thats something. 2 games and my thumb is destroyed. I wont contend this week, but I will beat that goddamn level 3 boss

Pretty accurate lately. Popeye didn't land with me like a lot of the arcade choices in the contest have. More than that though, I have had work shit that has been keeping me on the computer at night a lot. Unfortunately not due to let up until the end of next week, but I will post an embarrassing 43 score at some point. And hopefully make some noise in a few contests this summer.

Dude, that's an incredible win going opposite of all the expert strategy. And if had to be incredibly difficult to execute, taking out the fat guys abilities to just knock down opposing players. Really nicely done

My son wanted me to play wave race one night last week, a brilliant strategy to get me to let him stay up late that worked hook line and sinker. We won overall on expert, but did lose one race by 1/100th of a second. Tried like crazy to explain how crazy that is to a 4 year old who doesn't understand fractions or numbers beyond 20. Failed, so I am glad someone understands the craziness of that moment

Man! I thought about that after figuring out how to score consistently with the skinny guy when Im in a pinch. Never did try it. I cant believe I didnt give it a go a time or 2

Seeing the 80+ scores took the wind out of my sail. Havent played again today and likely wont. It felt like a near perfect game would get me 75-0. Knowing that even that wont make a podium, my efforts will be better served elsewhere. Was fun pouring in goals though

I got to 49-0 and 50-0 end of second period in two games and blew it 3rd pediod both times. Im not blaming my 4 year old son, but the outbursts werent helpful. During the 50-0 game, he came over to me, started jumping up and down screaming Dad dad dad!!! Paused it. I thought there may be a real issue. He said there was a tangela in his room. Technically there is - its stuffed. When I unpaused, I immediately coughed up the puck and blew a minute and a half off the clock

I was on a really good pace and just blew up 2nd half of the third period. Letting the goal in is the biggest ass chapper though. Couldnt get back in rhythm after that, but I will be trying again. Richies score is going to be really tough to beat. Playing really well, seems like I get about 20 goals in a period. Executing perfectly face off to goal seems to take 12 seconds. But once you lose the puck, all bets are off.

Curious how people are breaking this one. I can put up stupid numbers like that on blades of steel, but the games are a lot longer. Seems like youd have to win every face-off and immediately go score without fail for the whole game. Once the other team gets the puck, I cant get it back fast enough and the clock runs and runs

@Red is still posting and hosting those multi-system contests. Hope he brings them back. Snowboard kids was awesome! @Tablew/chairs still contributes some crazy hard games to the beat every game thread each year. Ive seen swift frost (cant remember exact name) in that thread too I think, or somewhere else on here

Love this game but Im terrible at the platforming. Never beat it. I did, however, win an ebay auction for a really nice cib copy at the hospital while my wife was being induced to have our 1st child. Don't worry, my son didnt come until several hours later and the game arrived safely a few days after he did.
