Hello all, I recently picked up a Gameboy console cib and feel like something is missing from inside the box but the deal was too good to pass up for it’s condition. I’m curious what wire or connector is missing from the empty slot in the styrofoam, any help is much appreciated!

Yeah I’ve asked this seller in the past on a couple other things he’s listed and didn’t get very far. If he truly is the first owner on his nes games he would be a wealth of knowledge when it comes to inserts but it’s hard to convince some people to list inserts to help a community that they don’t really care about. I’ve tried with others on eBay before and never seem to get anywhere.

Yeah I knew there wasn’t anything specific from bandai or for Frankenstein itself but was hoping someone knew exactly which np or warning sheet was in there.

Does anyone have a clue what the Frankenstein inserts could possibly be? Curious if someone has a cib with inserts they believe are original and correct. I wanted to start a new thread for this question but I don’t think it would hit the right group of guys to answer this.

I figured as much I just wanted to confirm that as I never had anything graded. I’ve always preferred unpunched even if the condition was slightly less than a punched copy.

Hello all, I’m curious how hangtab boxes are graded. I’m not one to get my games graded but merely curious what makes up the grading scale when it comes to nes hangtab boxes. I have always been one to prefer unpunched hangtabs meaning the entire piece as well as the sombrero. My question is if you had two identical boxes of say smb and one has a punched hangtab and the other is unpunched. Do they end up with the same grade or is there a set deduction from the grade for the box being punched vs unpunched?
