  2. I own a few rental houses in a very bad neighborhood in So Cal. Bought them for an average of 85k each. They are 1,300 sqft 3bd 2bath homes. I have several people of Chinese decent call almost everyday offering over 300k cash for each of them. I just laugh and say call back when the offer is 1mill each!

  3. So funny when you ask for opinions and don’t like the answers, lol. It is not a minor tear. It is right on the front over the best part of the art. No one wants this copy on their display shelf and that is where the money is. Only a CIB collector would buy this and they aren’t spending the big money.

Having a salty day. Saw a listing for Ninja Boy 2 CIB, not even mint, asking $2k and was quite confused. This is a game I've been hunting for, for a while, because it's one of the games I had growing up (I had bought it at release and kept it boxed) that sadly didn't survive... no idea if it's floating around at my parent's house or disappeared into a black hole, but I figured if I had to pay a hundred or two to replace it I'd be willing to do that. But ffs, $2k? I was not expecting to see that price. Apparently it's one of the rarest games to find for Game Boy CIB. FML. This hurts more than all the SNES games of mine that got destroyed. Just extremely unlikely that I'll ever be able to replace it... or find it.

Funny thing is I have the #7 review prototype that I paid $525 for, and I can't believe a complete copy could go for more than that... go figure.

Ninja Boy 2 was one of last games I need for the CIB set. I paid $600 for the box only, over 10 years ago.
