Lol a furry game? This was before furries were a thing right??? Right??? And I've heard about that one. Tower defense isn't really my thing though.

Definitely before that and before when people were comfortable enough to flock together as furries or brony’s! Society has changed for the better still I’d say. Also nerd is in now hurray!!!(someone tell my wife) also ninja town is pretty good best tower defense some quality gameplay. Also can’t recommend anything else little red zombie bbq is only decent rail shooter on ds. I wouldn’t compare it to other great rail shooters tho

Has anyone played solatorobo? I think that's probably next on my list for DS games if it's actually good. That or lunar knights. If someone has played either, let me know what you thought, and if you've played both, let me know which one is better.

I have solatorobo sealed from Facebook market place just seems to be a furry game. I’d suggest ninja town it’s very fun tower defense

It's true you have to find the right buyer for anything your selling but I am just asking for opinions.  Or maybe I'm just trying to justify spending the money I did getting it repaired.

I don't think it's crazy to ask for more money if the kiosk is in perfect working order and good for 20-30 years.  Plus having someone do the work is not cheap.  It can cost you in the range of $200 - $300 for that.

Zenith Monitors from the early 1990's have cheap capacitors that are known for failing, leaking, and damaging the circuit boards inside.  Learned this from a repair man that specialized in Zenith televisions and monitors.  In my opinion I feel people would pay a premium for piece of mind.

I'm not really looking to sell my kiosk I was just wondering what people thought about the capacitor work and if there is value added from it.  Did I waste money getting it in perfect working order?  I don't feel I did and it is good to know that those low quality capacitors are out of there and not destroying it from the inside.

That’s about the going rate for that work to be done I don’t see how the money would be wasted? I have to get my arcade monitors recapped its kinda part of owning and keeping an older monitor going strong this late into its life.

Couldnt you start a club?  I assumed that was the appropriate venue for discussing specific topics not covered by the general headers.

Is that a feature? I’ve already got a personal prototype club. I’m not in a bad mood just think it’s odd not to pay homage to the process that lead to what we got. I mean sure everyone likes sealed games but you don’t have those without this part of the process of making the gameplay

I just was thinking if the monitor has been recapped and has zero issues it might take the value up because it’s hard to find someone who can fix them or will even try.

Depends you gotta find the right person to buy it if you want more then the price I have stated.

  6. Yeah I can understand that but, it was niche on Na to have discussions about prototypes.  There’s  the whole secrecy  and hush hush attitude around them. Don’t forget these were the steps needed for all the games we love. I just don’t see how these can be left behind but discussing about articles from the new comic collectors is needed. They have shit for eyes to quote someone and not name them!

  7. You know what grinds my gears...

There’s a section to talk about video game economics but there’s no section on the prototypes that gave us all these great memories?? Like seriously without that process we wouldn’t have these classics!
