The Bengals make everyone look like Super Bowl contenders. With the Jets and Dolphins winning today it looks like their only competition for the #1 draft pick is the Redskins and even they have 1 win.

    That is true

My returns have gone up and up the last 2-3 months on ebay. I hate their top rated algorithm mandating free returns. I have had about 4-5 the past 2 weeks all for just changing mind. Eff some people man. The nerve to buy sub 15 items that cost 5 just to ship and then saying hey seller pay me to ship this back to you because I change my mind . UGHHHH

I never do that shit to anyone. Some people man, some people

I have had an uptick in returns and I wish Ebay didn’t have everything automatic. Sometimes as a business decision I would like to just eat a $6 refund rather than pay 3.50 to get it back.

I know I could have it automatically do refunds but I want to look at it on a case by case basis.

I do occasionally immediately hit refund but the knuckleheads still send it back.

I have had a handful of people just expect me to give them a full refund on $25 or $120 items and I told them to send it back. I have had about 5 returns closed in the last month with the buyer not bothering to return the item.

Unfortunately I actually do still keep up with rap and my wife constantly asks if I'll ever grow out of it.  At 35 and balding, apparently not.

I will say that over the last 10 years I've started listing to a lot more country.  That's more easy listening and family oriented music (car rides, etc.) But still, on the evening commute from work (45 minutes each way), it's pretty much modern radio and XM.  Then at the gym, it's whatever mix of 90s / 2000s rap is on the ipod shuffle.

Also, Gucci has continually surprised me.  I've always liked southern hip hop and he was a favorite of mine back in college.  And he has continually produced a lot of stuff over the years and has aged well, which is extremely rare in the rap world.

I am right there with you although my wife enjoys rap music with me. Unfourtantely can’t play it in my office at work. I’ll have to check out Gucci, thanks for the recommendation.

My wife is obsessed with Aldi's to the point that she has joined a Facebook group talking about all the weird shit you can buy there. We have 3 or 4 of them in close proximity to the house and they all have different stuff. I don't get it, but they do have good cheap snack food so it's good in my book.

Different how? Is there localized pockets of different ethnicity? They could be losing stores based on local demographics.

One opened in my town a few years ago and I've never set foot in it. Market Basket is where it's at for New England.

Yes that is the company I work for. It’s too bad we are only in MA,NH, and ME. Although Aldis is able to beat us on some items we crush almost everyone else and are very competitive with Walmart.

Aldis is a very important player in most markets to keep the core items at least at more respectable prices. All these companies zone price including Walmart so you can really get tucked if there is not a low price operator.

If you like KFC more than the spicy tenders from Popeyes then we apparently live in a different reality from each other and this sandwich isn't for you.

I will try KFC once every few years to see if they have gone back to what I remember from when I was a kid, but they disappoint me every time, and their prices are terrible on top of it all.

Maybe it varies by market, in terms of the quality of the franchisees, but KFCs in my area are just not that good anymore.

And I definitely agree that you can get good quality buns from the store for better homemade burgers than any restaurant will serve.

But in my experience, fried chicken is an entirely different challenge to do at home at all, let alone to do "better" than other options, compared to burgers.  I have done fairly decent fried chicken sandwiches at home before, but it is extremely hard to do it with the consistency that a large chain can manage with a full-sized deep fryer.  (though at home it is easier to do a specialty side like sweet potato fries)

So part of specifically getting restaurant/fast-food fried chicken is the enormous convenience factor versus something much easier to do well like burgers.

So I will offer this caveat to my post:

If you like KFC more than the spicy tenders from Popeyes, just ignore this entire thread and move on with your life 😛

I used to love KFC almost all of them closed around us and two are now with combined franchises one has a Taco Bell and the other is a Long John Silvers.

I ate at Popeyes once it wasn’t very memorable. I may try the sandwich if I think about it on the way by.

I could be wrong but I feel like bunny might be slowly getting out of the business. Over time alot of games are getting discontinued, like all the competition carts, alot of stuff seems to be on "sale" which also seems to indicate once those items are gone they won't return. He might be getting down to just the AVS and yearly Xmas carts. Which is fine but it does seem like a slow exit taking place. Again could be totally wrong but that's the vibe I get

    It does appear that way.

The thing that I find funny about the SEC filing shenanigans, is that my understanding of the regulations would be that they never even needed to file in the first place.  (few enough shareholders and low enough revenue)

Seems like they lifted their skirt for no discernible reason.

No kidding but it could be bad advice from their attorney or let’s cover all the bases because who is ever gonna look it up

So Dain was an executive too?  Man, that's so weird.  Weren't we told in no uncertain terms that WATA, Jeff, Gocollect, and Dain were unrelated entities?

Edit to be absolutely crystal clear:

    • When the "Carolina Collection" was being graded, either Dain, Jeff, or both, had a financial interest in WATA Inc.
    • When NA was sold, it was between two current or former members of WATA Inc.

Is this a post of emotion, speculation, or objective truth?  Previously I had stated that WATA isn't simply Deniz and Kenneth, and I was met with some pretty serious pushback.

Not conspiracy theory, not blind jealously, not creating connections or conclusions that don't exist, just pointing out the blatantly obvious.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck
