We won't dig into the true depths of my schadenfreude right now, but trust me when I say karma is a big fat bitch, MSU.
Probably similar to my feelings on Mount Union and was glad to see them eat it yesterday.

Matt Ryan about the own the biggest Super Bowl collapse in history AND the biggest regular season collapse.
I was already celebrating the Niners moving up to #2
And Montana St. lost. What a great sports day for you today!

Roughing the passer is 100% the worst thing about football right now. Even when it benefits the niners I’m still like that was bullshit. It needs to be toned down in the worse way. Also when a QB becomes a runner he should be subject to the same rules as a running back. I’m tired of all these protect the QB rules because they don’t do dick anyways.
They overreacted to broken collarbones and were trying to get rid of that, and now pretty much anything where you land on the QB instead of next to him when he's sideways is going to be flagged.

Have family that lives there. I guess it's kind of a random spot? Kind of in the sticks of Cleveland? Or considered shitty?
Seems nice enough, only place I've frequented in the States, though, haha. It's just a very odd place to randomly be. There's nothing around there but farms, that Wal-Mart, a Best Buy that is the last to run out of hot ticket items, and formerly a hockey team.

You guys don't count basements in total house square footage unless it's a walkout basement or some such, right?
Here you can't count it unless it's finished.

From the article:
"While he has secured five world records, Mr Monteiro is still not done and plans to complete the North America collection for all major videogame platforms."
He's gonna need some VERY deep pockets to wrestle some of that Atari 2600 stuff away from the guys that currently have it.

Also.... a Canadian Tire does NOT have a chip section like Wal-Mart in the States. Sweet Jesus.... what in the hell types of chips are you eating that you need entire SECTIONS dedicate to chips??? (witnessed in Wooster, Ohio) It's insane the variety of potato chips available. And you don't have Ketchup flavour? Yeesh.
You were in Wooster, on purpose?

What are these books? Don't think I'm aware of them.
Choose Your Own Adventure books? If you've never read one, you should pick a few up on ebay.
For those of you not familiar with them, you read a few pages, then it offers you a choice. Depending on the choice you make it'll send you to a different page in the book. Does that several times, and then you'll reach an ending.

There's an actual wired joystick for 360. I think it's 20 bucks or less; maybe give that a whirl?

Or just do what every other retailer started doing years ago and just put those plastic anti theft boxes on the games. Seems like such simple solutions but obviously it doesn’t affect their bottom line to hear these complaints, so they don’t care
I voted with my wallet. I went from spending a few grand a year to only going in to use my 5 dollar pro coupon every month on a $5 Nintendo points card.

Not that I don’t sympathize, but this is a widely known thing. They sell the display copies as “new”
Yep. Nobody Hulk Hogan leg-dropped them over gutting a copy and still selling that as "new", so they're still going to do it.
If they need a display one that bad, sell it as used once you're out of new copies.

Ohio State probably told Fickell to spend a year or two getting some bonafides before they can Day's ass and give him the job.
I'm thinking 2 or 3 more losses to Michigan oughta do it.

Supposedly he passed on Michigan State, Notre Dame, USC and Oklahoma all in the last few years so it seems odd that Wisconsin is the job he would leave for when he signed an extension through 2028 last year. I have a feeling that he is under the impression that the first few seasons in the Big 12 might be rough and it was in his best interest to cash in while his stock is still high coming off the playoff appearance last season.
Transfer portal will probably be rough on Cincy those first few Big 12 years. At least with Wisconsin he might get some decent names transferring in.

Not too shocking. I'm sure he's had other offers dangled in front of him the last few years.

Voted against Whitesnake since they did some shitty version of "Here I Go Again" for their greatest hits CD!

That's way too much variety.
Too bad the yellow pages aren't still a thing. You could leave one in the guest room opened to "hotels".

My mother-in-law is visiting for the holidays. Tonight after dinner, my boys went into the family room to work on a 3D puzzle, and asked me to put some music on while they worked.
We made into 30 seconds into the first song (Africa by Toto), and the MIL lost her shit.
During her visit we are to listen to Christmas music and Christmas music only. Certainly not any rock and/or roll.
Who else can relate?
Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You". Only that. On repeat. Lose the remote.
I guarantee your spite willpower is stronger.

Fantasia for the win. Best music, too. Kinda surprised how few there were in some decades.
Especially the 80s, but from looking at some of the ones I remember they aren't Disney (An American Tail, etc)

Might have a garbage year next year (or two) but Satterfield is a decent enough coach to wrangle some talent.
