I just received it and when i first read "you have been patiently waiting" i though my games where finally coming but no.... i dont care if they move to california and i couldn't care less if they are going to release pop report. I am sending my games to CGC next year

Its not about the capsule design , its about their general service. For example i paid them more than $300 USD for a speedrun 35 business day service and after 5 months i still don´t get my games and i don´t even know when i am gonna get them , i am not the only one there´s a lot of people like me . Check the thread "wata turn around times" and you will see what i am talking about

Thank you for contacting Wata Games. Your order is still in post-grading being checked, labeled, encapsulated, and prepped for shipping. We're sorry for the long delays that you are experiencing. We realize that all areas of our operation are running behind and we're doing everything we can to catch up. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
I want to explain the causes of the delay. There are several contributing factors- order volume, a concerted effort to clear the backlog of existing orders from the surge during Covid, supply shortages and shipping delays caused by port backups. Most recently, these delays at seaports have caused us to run out of some parts needed for encapsulation.
We completely understand the frustration and wanting your submissions back as soon as possible. I assure you that all submissions are safely stored, and we will be shipping your order as quickly as possible. While we do everything we can to resolve each of these issues we are processing as many orders as we are able in the order they were received. We are processing orders by tier, because of the cost of the priority service purchased, but all of our tiers are currently behind the estimates. We are informing customers as often and as accurately as we can, but we aren't always able to give accurate ETAs since so much of this is outside of our control. To keep shipping running smoothly, we are unable to expedite orders or move anyone's place in line. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay.

Yes the note from HA makes me wonder if they are going to continue with the Wata exclusive

Its been 4 months since i placed a "35 business days" speedrun order and still in post grading

For those with speedrun orders i just got this:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Wata Games Customer Service. Your SpeedRun order was entered on June 9th, 2021. For this service level, we are currently averaging 75 business days. Rest assured your submission is safe and still processing, and status updates will be reflected on your online account under open orders. There are many variables in the post-grading process and it isn't possible for us to estimate when your order will be encapsulated and shipped back to you. Your games are being checked, labeled, encapsulated, and prepped for shipping. Because of order volume, once a game gets graded it often takes 3-4 weeks before it is ready to ship. The grades will be posted when the order ships, and you'll receive a FedEx tracking number as well. We apologize for the delays and thank you for your continued patience. Please know that we're doing everything we can to get your games back to you as soon as we can.

My Speedrun order was placed in june 3rd and still in postgrading... With the VGA new website and CGC grading games i don´t see the point to send my games to Wata again
