Need help verifying this Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team seal and let's talk about JJGames again

I just got a big pile of sealed GB/GBC/GBA games from JJGames and now I have to go through and verify them all. Decided to start with this one and I'm already concerned. I looked at a Wata graded one on HA and honestly most details look similar but the one issue with this one is that the H-seam doesn't go right through the middle, it's about 1/8 of an inch too low. Please look at these photos and let me know if you think this is a legit seal or not: https://imgur.com/a/htCa1QH

Here's the Wata graded one for comparison: https://comics.ha.com/itm/video-games/nintendo/pokemon-mystery-dungeon-red-rescue-team-wata-96-a-sealed-gba-nintendo-2005-usa/a/122024-15776.s

Follow up questions:

1. How the heck is the one on HA a 9.6 A+??? It sure doesn't look that nice...

2. Where did we leave off on the topic of JJGames possibly selling reseals?

Hmmmm...I feel you are right to be concerned...The ridge on your H-seam is much more pronounced than mine, and the "folds" on the side look a bit wonky too (see my side pic).  Does your copy have the tiny little holes (see my pic - there is one just above Torchick's head, one just below the "B" in "Game Boy", and one just above the shadow of the Medicham's head)?  Legit sealed H-seams will always have those little holes somewhere (they might not be in the same place as mine).  It looks like your corners may have some wear, even tho they are still under the cellophane (but I may just be looking at it wrong).  I would say there is a lot not to like about that "Factory Seal"; however, I'd also say that GBA games are notorious for having a bunch of different/hard to verify seals, so I couldn't say with certainty that it isn't legit...

As for your follow up questions:
1) I don't understand the grading of sealed videogames at all (and really have little interest in it).
2) This is the first time I've ever heard of that seller.

I haven’t bought anything from JJGames since they went under new ownership. It’s good to see that they have normal nes stock back up besides just having homebrews. Stinks that the first time I’m seeing someone buy from them recently have have gotten a fake reseal through. Makes me glad I’m only in the loose market for games. Been buying from Luke Games recently, their game prices are good for games under $20-$30. Over that though the markup gets pretty hefty compared to pricecharting. Although I did get a good deal on casino kid II last week

Here's the thing. My game has vent holes! And they are in a straight line. They aren't perfect, but see:

(Look from the B in Game Boy and go up, there's one close to it and then 2 further by the other edge)

I'm really conflicted because I've been told if it has vent holes in a straight line it's legit and I've also been told if the H-seam doesn't go right through the center then it's fake. I don't know what to believe! I looked at another copy that had the same kind of thick h-seam so I'm inclined to believe this could be a legit seal.

Also I recall from the JJGames thread that was active last year, that someone said JJGames doesn't sell reseals, at least not intentionally. I have a bunch of other games I acquired sealed that I need to go through, but I did get a sealed Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge, also for GBA, from there and it checked out. So I'd like to believe this one is legit too!

My copy also has the off-center (1mm too low) H-seam w/ the front vent holes. Metallic box cover on mine looks fine. Checked all corners and flaps, looks unopened. I can't see it being a reseal. Could it be a complete fake? It's kinda too good to be a fake, but anything is possible. It happens to be in my next batch scheduled for grading. I'll let you know if there are any issues raised, but my sense is you should not be concerned about it being a reseal.
