Looks like it's the Singapore/Malaysian edition. There's a round purple sticker covering up that icon. I had the same one sealed and let me tell you I didn't get any offers even at $300.

By the way isn't this the wrong forum for this topic?!

That's the problem, you show up new and do a lot of speaking trying to pitch an item to a very informed group, most who have been together long before it became VGS from another formerly famous/infamous site centered originally and primarily around Nintendo stuff and its value from the common to the insanely obscure.

Since you're open to offers, I offer you a way out, because you're both peddling in a non-sales board, but also getting smart with people who know as much if not better than you do about such things so you're not going to get one over on people here.  Nice try though.

lol you're clearly triggered. You acting like you/this group knows so much but cant tell the difference in value between a used and new item... How is me pointing out that he's blatantly wrong and that new ones of that exact variation go for over 500$ CAD. Ill even show you how liquid this item is, look how often it sells for that price...

Also i didn't realize i was new to this forum and just thought it was a collectors forum so i made a post, its not the end of the world

Ok let's say this console is worth 400 USD. The 2 games are barely worth $30 each brand new and the charger is $20 bringing the total to $480 USD but you still have it listed for $650 USD which is exorbitant to say the least. And this is after a price drop from $750 USD lol.

Not sure if a book (strategy guide) is worth $150+.

EDIT: Looks like it isn't.

It's not "lets say its worth that much". It is worth that much I just showed you multiple sold listings.

Also, I love how you conveniently leave out the second most valuable item of the bundle in your evaluation... 🤣The Collectors Vault retailed for 161.99 CAD when it came out 4 years ago in 2016. How could you just miss that item lol

If you were looking to buy all these items together and ship them to you/import them (pay shipping, duty, tax) if youre in canada like me it would easily cost you close to 1000$ CAD. And I have it listed at 850$ with a make me an offer enabled. Theres only one other canadian selling this version of the 3DS and you know how much he has it listed for? So i dunno why youre so offended by my list price

Please see my edit above. The book is being sold from $30-60 USD. I have posted the most recent sold listings. Open listings like the ones you're posting don't mean anything. Sold listings tell you what an item is worth, not open listings.

Here are the most recent sold listings for the console brand new:

Do you understand that I live in canada? Look at the final sales price +shipping + import charges. I dont think you understand things cost different amounts in other countries lol. And youre welcome to ignore my listing sir youre just one of those people who cant admit theyre wrong ... :classic_sad:

I showed you sold listing of the item selling for 520 CAD + Shipping. damn these guys are stubborn lol

And I was simply showing you that listing to demonstrate there are only two listing available in Canada and the other guy has it listed at 900 CAD with 13 watchers?

My price is fair and if you dont think so dont make me an offer like whats the big deal

Give up.  You saw the response I got.  I was just being straight about it without digging into it as deeply and pasting images as you did.  The response?  Laugh icon on my post, then going off an an insane rant throwing around triggered of all things.  Compare my post to his, who's all sorts of triggered?  Exactly.

Buddy thats a used console... 🤣

Please know what you're talking about before you comment. Here how about this!

Used consoles are easily worth half as much. It was also auctioned which i dont advise doing. That could have sold 350 buy it now.

The list price is different than a sold price. The issues with this *new* 3DS XL consoles is there is no seal so listing as new is basically a trust game.

I would genuinely caution you in that because there are buyers who will exploit that and try to make a claim once purchased, especially if you have it marked as no returns.

Its eBay your money is backed if you do not get what you paid for. Millions of dollars worth of goods are sold  everyday on ebay (some things being of very high value), this wouldnt work if it were as easy as a buyer making a claim everytime they made a purchase and lie about the condition to get the money back. And the buyer doesnt just get to keep an 800 listing item and get a refund by ebay, i think people misunderstand how claims work.

Sellers also take precautions before sending items like this (taking photos of item before its sent etc...)

I also only sell high value items to established eBay buyers with good reviews.

I wish you luck in your sales. I personally don't care what you ask for it. But a lot of what you said here is quite naïve. Which is fine, it looks like you only have a handful of feedback as a seller on ebay so you don't have a ton of experience. But it is pretty easy for a buyer to scam you and make up some nonsense claim it happens all the time and on the regular if your a long time seller. Your lucky you haven't had it happen yet, but sell long enough and you will and hopefully not on a high priced item. Ebay is not on your side as a seller it has been that way for quite sometime. You may think you have a bunch of protections but they're more interested in keeping the buyer happy not the seller.

i understand there is a general concept that amazon and ebay are on the side of the buyers. But it depends on the situation... again even if a buyer makes a claim he has to ship the item back if he is not happy? You are acting like he makes a claim even though hes lying so he gets a refund and keeps the item... thats not how it works otherwise ebay would know hes scamming. Also, I sold an 1100$ 3DS in early October with no problems.

Doesnt this logic apply to anything, ordering from amazon corporate, bestbuy, walmart. Anyone can claim they did not get what they ordered lol but e commerce does quite fine
