These stickered boxes aren't variants really.  They just have been retrofit with these stickers and the game on the sticker was stuck inside.  This was done to promote purchase of existing stock in the store.

There are lots of different sticker + game combinations... Star Fox, Super Metroid, etc.

It’s pretty desirable and a little harder to find.  It’s still worth at least $150. I seen a mint compete in box one sell in the $250 range. It’s a great pickup in my opinion.

I was thinking this one was a store exclusive but I’m really not sure.
