A dream Nintendo themed place

Has anyone thought of having his or her own Nintendo themed place with a restaurant & bar, a video game lounge, a free-play video arcade and 2 stores (one that buys, sells, trades and rents new and used Nintendo games, accessories, handhelds and consoles and one that sells Nintendo themed apparel, toys, merchandise, board games, Laserdiscs, VHS's, DVD's, Blu-Rays, food items, books and CD's?).

Might take a lot of work on the selling inventory.  Not sure how Nintendo licences stuff out.  All that aside tho, it would be pretty neat, but not enough business around my parts to do this.

Not exactly what you're going for... but I hit up a new Game Store in Campbell CA the other week.

The first floor of the building is a "barcade" called LVL Up: https://www.yelp.com/biz/lvl-up-campbell-2

The second floor has another arcade / game space (expansion of the bar?) as well as a new retro game store, "The Retro Fix": https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/502790810318085/

While I haven't been there to experience the night life, the Retro Fix owner tells me that it's a pretty chill place.  I hope it does well, seems pretty great and I grabbed a handful of eagerly-wanted NES titles on my first and only visit.

So it's not quite the one-stop shop that you wanted, but it's pretty damn close.

For that kind of money you could easily have at least 500 of the NES cartridges, including all the blue chips.  I mean that's just what I'd personally rather have if given the choice.
