Castlevania 1 NES, Black Seal and Non rev a, but no hangtab?

Hey guys, have this in my collection. Most of these I have seen have the hangtab cutout. This one does not. Why doesn’t it and where in the print run would you put this? The cart is also the 5 screw version.

It's a later print. Hangtabs stopped appearing on boxes around September 87. 5 screws stopped around December 87.
