Yes, it is very rare. However other games have disappeared for great lengths of time as well and then resurfaced. Sometimes people encounter unsold stock for games

Yes, you're right. Hopefully someone found piles of NOS Gowin games within 5 years. Won't wanna wait another decade for it to appear once again.

I only have the chinese Binary Monsters 3 game. Well, can't get the cart to load up on gbc or gba. Is there any way to load up the chinese version game?

This is a huge misconception, it's sort of like asking Americans if they can easily find Stadium Events or even something more common like Camerica or Wisdom Tree games. Sure, easier to find than someone outside of the region, but people definitely can't just snap their fingers and conjure them up anymore. To much demand and resellers stripping the mines of jewels, largely due to foreign collectors really.
