Is this Incantation (SNES) board fake?

Is this board fake? Or maybe there is a chip swap? The font on everything looks right, but the date code says it was made in 1997...All NTSC Incantations (I thought) were made in 1996.  Is it possible that it is legit and made only for the Brazilian market by Playtronic?  I thought Playtronic used the same chips as the other NTSC releases for every game...My gut says this is fake, but I'd like to hear from some experts .

It’s not fake but like you told me it doesn’t have the same value as the true US version. I would think it would be something like the Majesco cartridges. SNES central also says even though the chips are marked USA they used a specific region code (PAL-M).
