Ha, I was in maimi for two weeks at beginning of December and am going back for two more weeks starting next week. I noticed it’s slim pickings there haha.

I agree! This site has way more engagement than I have seen since 2008-2012. Glad this site is up and running. Reminds me of when I first started back in 2007-2008!
