Looks like one of those guys who try to use PayPal's buyer protection to get free service/product... and it worked.
I once sold a 300+$ game on eBay. Packed in a large box with lots of padding as usual. Buyer claimed game arrived damaged. As a proof, he posted a 20*20 pixel photo of the corner of a game that looked similar. Obviously from Google Images or from another used copy he had. eBay sided with him and took my money including shipping. Months later, after several sellers kept complaining about the buyer, eBay refunded me without notice. I got lucky there.
So yeah I agree with you... you're NEVER sure your money will stay, whether you sell on eBay or outside eBay with PayPal, if you sell using the "product or service" tab you can always get screwed by buyers who just try their luck.
I think this happens more easily with US to US transactions?

Burnout 3: Takedown, the preview lap that requires 3:50 for gold with the F-1 car. Infamously known for requiring a 100% perfect lap with full boost, no crashes and perfect trajectory to save time on each curve.
(can still be done with a crash apparently, but you'll be very close to 3:50, maybe too close)

Don't they test carts in production line? I think there's enough space in the cart port to accommodate that extra length, but I'm not sure. Insert it veeery slowly and stop if you feel resistance, which means you've reached the bottom. Probably worth 7.5$, not 75$ ?

Or maybe nobody cares, but the seller has 25 copies and is trying to inflate prices because it's a common thing to do nowadays. (Especially with "limited edition" soundtracks, where 80% of the stock gets purchased by resellers and ends up on eBay 12 hours after item is out of stock from the publisher.)

so sudden so crap, looks like one of the new owners got pissed and said "ok yeah really? u know what? ima unplug the whole thing right now!"
good thing someone made this forum

My other Korean games are sealed, so can anyone with an early 1st party Korean Wii game confirm that the case quality is crap? Rough edges, flimsy, just not the same as Japanese cases.
Also, the discs look like crap too. Doesn't even have a visible IFPI printed. Colours and details not good. But the manuals look OK, so I think Nintendo just didn't care much about quality for these variants and probably had them made in China or in Korea for as cheap as possible. Would be great to see your disc photos for comparison. It's also possible the disc and covers are pirate but why bother for these cheap games?

I have similar spots, maybe smaller, on some of my PS2 games (silver DVD discs, and a few gold DVD discs too). Mine are definitely not buffed or resurfaced or even cleaned, in fact they look pretty much new.
I'm thinking it could be some kind of issue with time or storage in a humid location? I tried cleaning just some of those dots and they did seem to go away, at least partially. Seems this is not rotting, or maybe a beginning of rotting from the outside layer? I have no idea. Hope someone can give mor insight.

Possibly the PC Gamer disc was printed first, then they moved to the Infogrames demo disc, but somehow a few copies of PC Gamer were printed with the wrong (upcoming) disc label just before cutting production.

Willkommen zu the Video Game Sage train. We may stop to buy chickens and fillets every now and then, but eventually we will reach every destination, unless if we run out of sardines. So please sit back and take your antihistamines if you're allergic to cats.
Coming from NA because if GoCollect is only going to use the forums to mine for their pricing needs, therefore to help their business and profit, well, they can do it without me. I understand they own NA now, but I don't like grading, I see no point in it. I don't trust so-called experts to tell me this and that, especially when every now and then they grade reseals or make mistakes in their labels, like wrong region or title.
I put my sealed games inside baggies, it's OCD enough, thanks.
