6/10/2023: huge vintage toy lot while garage saling.  Mostly 70s/80s Star Wars, and 80s/90s TMNT and Batman.  Left a lot of GI Joe stuff behind and kicking myself for it.  Not sure what to do with this stuff as im not a toy guy but at $50 for everything, it seemed too good to pass up.  I'd be open to trading/selling all of this.  

Today I went garage-saling and came across a Star Wars / TMNT / Batman haul.  I left some GI Joe stuff at the sale because I'm not a toy guy but thought these were worth getting for $50 total.  In hindsight, I should've grabbed the GI Joe lot too. 

Are there easy to access reference tools for old toys?  Like what accessories go to what?  Does anyone have experience with selling/trading old toys?  I'm looking for some advice/guidance because I'm thinking I'll just put these in lots on ebay for $0.99 auctions.    The amount I got today is somewhat overwhelming to go through since I never deal with toys.

I had my pre-order for the special edition of Zelda TotK get cancelled today.  I had ended up ordering from Australia (I'm in USA) because the pre-orders all sold out too fast for me to ever get them.   If anyone has an extra one I would be interested but I'm not willing to pay scalper prices.  That being said I guess I can't blame someone for getting high prices elsewhere

Kept the 2 Mega Man's, Shining Force 3, Legend of Oasis, and Dragon Force.  Otherwise anything over like $100 for Saturn is gone (i had basically every heavy, $100+, except Herc, Bomberman, Battlesport, and House of the Dead).  Also took some Sega CD/Genesis/SNES/NES games but most noteworthy was my Saturn collection being gutted.  Really happy with the trade though.  Never thought I'd actually get a Magical Chase

I've been reading up on DLC available for the 4 Layton 3DS games and the Dragon Quest VII.  Unfortunately, the DLC is only available in post-game for these titles, which is 10s of hours each.  With the eShop closing on 3/27 it's virtually impossible for me to get and beat theses games in time.  I don't own any of the Layton games but plan to eventually acquire and play them. For Dragon Quest VII, I own a copy with very little play time on it. 

I was hoping there's a member of the community that is local to SE Michigan with finished save files for these games or someone out there with finished saved files that can ship them to me so I can get the DLC for my eventual playthrough.  I can return them immediately and maybe send PayPal G&S for the value of the game as collateral, which wild be returned upon once I ship it back?  I have good feedback here and ebay.  I would add some.extra $ tk make it worth your time and cover shipping.  

This is kind of a hail mary to get the DLC but idk what else to do.

2/24/23:  I haven't updated this thread in particular in a while.  I want to add a few of my favorite recent finds.

I have been looking actively for local Game& Watch consoles for years and no luck.  Within a few weeks of each other I got these 2 in separate pickups for a total of $110.  Both work great.  I got really solid deals on both imo

Also, I found a Nintendo 64 lighted sign locally for $700.  There is a crack in it but I'm fine with it.  Maybe I overpaid, but I had to have it.  Seems like I paid less than the going rate based on recent online sales.  I had passed on a lit Gamecube sign about 15 years ago at a flea market and have been kicking myself ever since.  First local lit sign to pop up locally in my searches.  I'm not the biggest N64 fan so I would be open to trading it for a lit sign for another system I enjoy more, but this is just too cool not to keep and (eventually) show off once I rig up some hardware to hang it with.
