GVN worked perfectly well for what i used it for. an "at a glance" idea on price and let me track my collection.
i really like the idea of subset tracking ("all Zelda games") but no idea how difficult this would be to implement

at least SegaAge is still up.....

Dookie hit right when I was coming into music on my own and that album will always be pretty special to me. Front to back I Love it while heartedly. But That also set the bar high and I have not enjoyed anything after that album from them in the same way. Still voted a 7 though. I will always love that one album.
x2. it's like you stole the thoughts right out of my head

I wanna know what the other two days have in store. Happy birthday!
saturday starts with Monopoly. then beer pong (tournament if enough people). more general party stuff. kinda depends who shows up.
Sunday's pretty chill. hanging out and horror movies. try to set up some activities around the theme Slasher Sunday this year, so set up a couple games with adjusted rules and such.
good music, good food, and good company all three days!! open invite to any and all VGS'ers.

SS is also one of my favorite things about this community.

Raticate from gen1. totally overlooked, and the Hyper Fang move just decimates most enemies. i always name mine Bitey.
once gen2 hit, i thought the idea of a "dark" pokemon was cool so Sneasal was neat. don't actually remember anything specific about that one though.
p.s. lol @ pikablu

i always chuckle for days after watching (and rewatching. and rewatching) this clip.

well i'm into all sorts of music. for my records though, i'm just trying to put together the most badass '70s-'80s rock playlist possible. here's my three most recent pickups:
Them - Here Comes the Night
great album. Them is underrated.Hot Tuna - (self titled)
I'm a huge fan of Jefferson Airplane and this is right up my alley too. includes "Hesitation Blues", my personal favorite of their songs.and this one (NSFW) :
SpoilerMy Pussy Belongs to Daddy
saw this one on some online countdown for best/worst covers ever and just HAD to have it. fantastic cheesecake. -

making my way through the golden age Human Torch stories. Probably about 3/5 finished. Not many of these stories are very good (SO MANY NAZIS!) but it's still really cool to see where all these comic book tropes started and the ideas coming out of WWII.

video games is my big collection.
but i do have around 400 vinyl records, so that probably counts. still have my baseball cards from when i was a kid. they collect dust in the closet cuz they're worthless to try to sell. been slimming down my comic book collection, sold off a big chunk on eBay this summer with more left to go.
