Gen3 is coded in python and will run on any system with Python 3.4.3, PyUSB and Tkinter installed. Do you know much about that and how hard/easy all that is to setup in a regular Windows environment? Sorry for the late response! The item is sold but the software is easy to use on a Windows machine. You just need to download Python 3.4 and a zip archive from his site and run an executable file.
