But I'm 100% uncomfortable ever making offers on stuff, never know if it'll be an offensive lowball or overpaying either. Maybe since the NA era of lame limited numbered titles to build high priced hype is over it could be worth $5, $50 or $500. I have no idea too, so it's like what do you do? Find the rom and just do a flash kit, but if you want a legit game, do you buy this or flash your own as each has it's own hurdle and expense.
