If someone wins a few different auction lots from you simultaneously,  how do you handle shipping cost through ebay? There's a fixed amount they pay shipped with each purchase, but it definitely won't cost me x amount of shipping to send them all to one place, since I can just use one box for everything. 

Do I refund any or leave fixed shipping amount?? What would you do? Or is there an easier way to handle this?

have they already paid? if not, the easiest way is to send them an invoice that combines shipping costs for them.

if so, it's a little more gray area. if you're shipping them together, i would refund some of the shipping cost. or you could ignore it until they complain.

Yeah I ended up refunding part of shipping because they already paid and they requested (nicely) partial refund in the message
