3rdStrongestMole | 430
If someone wins a few different auction lots from you simultaneously, how do you handle shipping cost through ebay? There's a fixed amount they pay shipped with each purchase, but it definitely won't cost me x amount of shipping to send them all to one place, since I can just use one box for everything. Do I refund any or leave fixed shipping amount?? What would you do? Or is there an easier way to handle this? Edit: I guess it does it automatically Edited November 9, 2022 by 3rdStrongestMole
twiztor | 851
have they already paid? if not, the easiest way is to send them an invoice that combines shipping costs for them. if so, it's a little more gray area. if you're shipping them together, i would refund some of the shipping cost. or you could ignore it until they complain.

Yeah I ended up refunding part of shipping because they already paid and they requested (nicely) partial refund in the message
