Welcome! What kind of homebrew are you interested in? I’m addition to being a mod, I’m also homebrew staff and would be happy to make recommendations or help you find stuff on your wishlist if I can.

Good lord, just having a little fun, ffs. One joke and I’m treated like a child… what a great moderation you are doing. Won’t happen again, Dad.
Then go start your own thread and be a child there.

Let’s keep this thread on topic, and positive. If you’re going to be butthurt about OP’s excitement, then this thread isn’t for you. Not everything is for you, and just because you have an opinion, doesn’t mean anyone one cares to hear it. Derailing someone else’s thread because of your own insecurities with kvetching just highlights what a sad sack you are. Let other people be happy if it isn’t hurting you.

Yay, I recruited someone to the forum!
I need to go back to Portland. I visited a few years ago for PRGE, and it was the best vacation! And I loved stopping in some of the McMenamins locations.

One thing I remember enjoying learning is that several actors who play either henchmen or doomed 00 agents were also imperial officers in the original Star Wars trilogy.

I love that there is such a diversity of opinion about these movies. If you watch ranking videos or even read online, you'll see all kinds of rankings all over the place. However, I can't remember anyone ranking For Your Eyes Only that high. You must really like the whole cold war detente thing. Or maybe a big Sheena Easton fan? I'd love to hear someone say good things about FYEO. Maybe I will like it more.
I like FYEO as a solid back to basics Cold War story after the ridiculousness of Moonraker. My favorite movies are the ones that really let Bond be a spy, plus this one pulled some elements from LALD’s book.

My latest post is up, featuring the Sega Saturn game Red Moon Lost Days by Neuromage Studio!

I've seen and loved them all! Connery is probably my favorite Bond, but Dalton is the one I always wanted more of. My tradition is generally to watch The Living Daylights on my birthday, both because it's my favorite (which I voted for here) and it is the Bond of my birth year.
