  1. Original GBA games: Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Sonic Advance trilogy, Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap, Metroid Fusion, Wario Land 4, DK: King of Swing, Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, Star X, Kuru Kuru Kururin, Duke Nukem Advance, TMNT 2007 (the GBA actually got the best version), Polarium Advance, and others.

Ports: I actually like the GBA version of Yoshi's Island a little more than the SNES version. It is a more faithful port than the other games in the Mario Advance series (playing it on the Game Boy Player with a Hori Digital controller brought back memories of me playing the SNES version), Baby Mario doesn't sound as annoying, and it has six extra levels. Also, some of the music in the GBA version of Mega Man & Bass sounds better than the SNES version in my opinion (especially Astro Man's stage and the boss music). However, I'd prefer playing A Link to the Past and Donkey Kong County on the SNES.

I think i like the GBA's library slightly more, but not by a whole lot. Both libraries are great.

  2. Looks like an update was released. I haven't noticed any differences, but apparently a few bugs were fixed.

I noticed some glitches before (not sure if they've been fixed):

-Sometimes I couldn't shoot fireballs for a few seconds. I understand that the game only allows two on the screen at once, but occasionally I couldn't shoot fireballs at all even when there were none on the screen.

-In 1-3, as regular Mario, I touched a Hammer Brother and received a Fire Flower at the same time. Mario transformed, but I still lost.

-Something really memorable (and unexpected) happened on my 70th win: there was only one other player left, and I ran out of time. Right before the results appeared, the other player screwed up (KO'd) and I got first place. I don't know if this is actually a glitch, but it hasn't happened to me since.

  3. Unlike Mega Man 2, Paper Mario: TTYD deserves the praise that it receives. However, that being said, the first Paper Mario is my favorite in the series. The music is more memorable than the others, and it has a larger variety of environments than its sequel (deserts, flower fields, mansion, toy box, and summits as opposed to mostly castles and forests).

  4. In 2010, I sold these NES games:

I also had a Top Loader NES so that I could play Ufouria. I still have the eBay Receipt/Statement from when I bought it:
