  1. I changed the underwater scene and removed the fish and shark.

I also made it so if you shoot an onion ring in the boss levels it actually hits it instead of going right through it. If anyone has any suggestions for the game, please let me know!

  2. I've been busy redoing some stuff with the game. I've been making new backgrounds and longer background songs. Here is a sample of my work so far.

I'm also going to add more levels and I changed it from a "get to the end"-type game to a "see how many points you can get"-type game.

  3. Golden Pineapples is like that marble jumping game where you jump marbles over each other like in checkers. There is a twist in my game though: you can move a pineapple even if it won't jump over a pineapple to remove it. Right now there are seven levels but I plan to add many more along with some choosable background music. There are instructions on the game's website.

This is a screenshot of the Super Game Boy version.

  4. I am making a Game Gear game and I'd like some feedback on how I'm doing.

The game is called Flying Hamburgers and the game play is you control a flying hamburger which has the ability to shoot French fries at other flying junk food. The chocolate milkshakes can shoot onion rings, the pizza slice can shoot pepperoni slices at you, and the taco can shoot nachos at you. The pepperoni and nachos follow your vertical movement, so you may need to dodge their shots. At the end of each level is a giant milkshake that you need to shoot at while avoiding the four onion rings he shoots at you continuously.

I've attached a link to the ROM of the game so far. It starts at level 6, so it's kind of harder than the earlier levels. After you beat level 6, it just goes back to the title screen, but my plan is to have 10 levels. Starting on level 7, the enemy food can move up and down in addition to just straight at you. But I haven't gotten that far yet. Also, the music on level 6 is level 5's music since I haven't composed a song for level 6 yet.

    Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention that the chicken nuggets are extra lives. Bump into them to get an extra life.

  5. Worked on changing the museum. A link to the game can be found in post #1.

I still have a little bit of work left to do, like changing the garish colors inside this museum here.

  6. I don't know why you're getting glitches when moving down in the supermarket. It works fine for me in Mesen.

I'm going to replace walking through Mr. Germ's hideout with this. It's sort of like Donkey Kong, where Mr. Germ is throwing dirt at you. I don't know, though, whether to make the dirt go from right to left or from up to down. I made it so Stupidman can duck by pressing down.

  7. I finished my second NES game earlier this month. It is about a stupid superhero named Stupidman. His job is to find the missing world's oldest raisin and return it to the museum so people can look at it again. You can download the final version at the official Stupidman website. It works on a real NES so if you want to you can put it on your Everdrive and play it that way. It was made with programming (C) and not NES game maker. Let me know what you think when you get a chance.

  8. I used some more space in the bank where the o zapping game is for the win counter for the tic-tac-toe minigame, so I don't think I have enough room to make the o move randomly around. Plus I just thought of something that will prevent me from doing this: The way the collision detection is set up. Oh well.

Next time I work on this, I will begin the third game: the whack-an-o game. Each bank (approximately) will have 1 game, so I plan for four games in the end. I had to get rid of the "presents" screen to fit some more code in it.

I also drew some artwork. Probably won't be used, but I was bored so I did it anyway.
