  1. I think that's a bug for logged out users. I'll notify the site admin, something got broken. You can see all the images directly here: https://imgur.com/a/h5uadMv
  2. Well, a set of very rare DVD games went up on eBay on auction and I'm going to try to buy them, but I need the extra cash in case some of them go for way more than I anticipated. One of them tends to go for over a hundred dollars... hopefully it doesn't go that high. Prices are shown, but if you buy several items, I will discount the price a bit. (So if you buy $20 I might go down to $18, and so on. Depends on the items themselves.) I can accept PayPal Goods & Services or Amazon GC (there's a few things there I want to buy.) Shipping costs are extra. Media Mail is not available for shipping game items, so uh, yeah. Assume discs have light scratches, feel free to ask for details. Escape from Cybercity - $3 Re-Volt - $2 Glover - $2 Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective Volumes 1+2 (3 CDs only, Sega CD, light scratches) - $6 Halo 2 PC Sold Age of Wonders set (sealed, has Steam key) Sold Guitar Hero Aerosmith (PC, sealed) - $3 Beyond Good and Evil PS2 demo disc (sealed) - $3 The Sims 3 with two expansion packs (new) - $20 ($15 if you only want the keys inside) Virtua Racing Genesis - $5 Lethal Enforcers II Genesis (no manual) - $7 Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 + Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX (have several sets) - $3 Gamecube Gamesaves with USB memory card (MC works on GC, software untested) - $15 Saturn Backup RAM cart - $10 Some GBA cart thing I know nothing about (untested) - $5 $5 for all of these (DVDs have spotting, discs have light scratches) Halo 2 OST Sold Nights of Azure Official Soundtrack - $5 Ace Combat Assault Horizon Preorder CD Sold Time and Eternity OST - $5 Disgaea D2 With Bonus Tracks (2 CDs) - $5 100 floppy discs (sealed box) - $35 I also have several more items listed at my GameTZ sale post, if you're curious and are interested in other non-gaming items.
  3. Well, no one bid on it, and I need this to move ASAP, so... The item is complete in its original packaging, and includes its original manual and consumer warning insert. The case also has its original FIFA sticker on the front! As you can see from the photos I posted, the product code on the disc is DL-DOL-G6GE-MSA. I've also posted a picture of the laser-etched ringcode that has this same text on it. This is a genuine game that I bought at a store in Mexico. The artwork is also almost the same as the normal US release, but the barcode on the back is different. Unfortunately, this package is not mint. There are several issues which I will detail below: The case itself needs a good cleaning, it's got wear and tear from storage; The case artwork has a bit of wear in the back, on the bottom (this can be seen in the photo.) It's also a bit worn from age; The disc itself is moderately scratched, but worked fine and never gave me trouble when I used it. The store I bought this from placed a sticker on the label. They claimed it was for a "store warranty" so I never touched the sticker. I never attempted to remove it. Please note that this game does not have any English text option. It is completely in Spanish. The game will not boot in English regardless of the language you set on the system. The game appears to be exactly the same as the normal version, except for that. I'm asking for $33 Shipped within the USA. I can only accept Goods and Services PayPal, not F&F, nor any other payment methods (my bank doesn't support them.) Item has been sold! Please send me a message if you're interested in buying this. Thank you.
  4. https://www.ebay.com/itm/326046212414 This is my listing for the incredibly rare Mexico and South America version of FIFA World Cup Germany. As you can see, it has a different product code on the disc and ringcode, and the game is in Spanish only (the packaging is in English, which is weird.) The UPC is also different from the normal USA + Canada release. Sadly the game isn't mint, it has wear and tear on the packaging, artwork, disc isn't mint and the store I bought this from put a sticker on the label... but I guess people here will be able to deal with that. Good luck. Please bid a lot for this, I need to start raising money to move. ^^;
  5. My best friend gave me a stash of his old Club Nintendo Magazines from Mexico and I'm wondering if anyone here would be interested in them. I might also have a small stash of my own somewhere in storage upstairs. It should be around 20-30 magazines, maybe a few more. I don't have photos at the moment, just wondering if anyone here wants these before I toss them up on eBay (which hasn't been good to me lately...)
  6. I'm selling off my console game collection but I figured some folks here might be interested in these items in particular. Battle Monsters (Saturn) sealed with original hangtab: $120 plus shipping, item will be sent in a box big enough to hold it and with lots of padding Set of six sealed PS1 games - all are still sealed in their original wrap and have the security seals, but they have damaged cases (cracks) or stickers / sticker remnants: $30 plus shipping My entire SNK PS1 and 2 collection - it pains me to do this but I really need to raise some funds to get a phone (long story...) This is my entire SNK collection, and I'm throwing in the manual and back art for two games too. All discs, cases, art and manuals are in great shape (a couple of discs have light scratches), except for the case for Fatal Fury Battle Archives 2, which is one of those cheap late PS2 cases that are really crappy and is broken (I bought this new and it arrived this way.) Samurai Shodown Anthology is the Canadian release with two manuals. I have no idea how to price this so please feel free to send offers. I ship from Southern California. Any listed prices do not include shipping costs (they vary depending on your chosen shipping service), and only accept PayPal or USPS Money Orders. I have lots of feedback on eBay and GameTZ and can be shown on request. Thank you for looking.
  7. Price for Double Dragon Advance added, sold system removed.
  8. Double Dragon Advance - Still has shrinkwrap on the box, box is slightly crushed, includes all original paperwork and cart baggie. The shrinkwrap has a barcode / security sticker on the back, that's attached to the plastic, not the box. This is my personal copy that I bought at the local Toys'R'Us. It's also my last GBA game, everything else has already been sold. I'll be posting this on eBay tomorrow, but y'all get first dibs: Looking for $185 shipped for this via normal (goods and services) PayPal. This will be sent in a sturdy box with additional padding and protection to prevent damage during shipping. Items will be sent via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Tracking will be added to your payment receipt. Payments must include your actual shipping address. I normally ship on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. (Mon/Thu sometimes, never on Wednesday.) Thank you for looking.
  9. It'd be too difficult to explain, but this city has a very high break-in and home invasion problem. I've managed to avoid that because no one -knows- I have a gaming collection. I've kept to myself, never posted anything online, and so on. And yes, I did see your message. And yes, I didn't reply to it. Eh, I probably am. Since selling this thing might be the only way I can raise enough money to move to another state... I'm a bit concerned. Sorry.
  10. Unfortunately taking it to a local event is impossible. No one will pay even a single cent for it. If I get any offers, they'll be insultingly low. And the minute someone gets wind of the kind of item this is and its value, I will likely get mugged - or worse - just so they can take it. I know some local comic book collectors that had their private offices and homes ransacked. (I actually tried to sell off my collection locally last year and every time I tried to say something, the local resellers were hinting that they would not pay anywhere near a fair price for it. For context, I was asking for around 40% of resale value. I hate it here.) As for taxes... well, they suck. But if I have to pay them, so be it. The only way I could avoid them would be with an in person cash payment, and if I were paid with a check, I'd have to deposit it, and it'd have to be declared to the IRS or something. I'd be more angry about ebay taking a huge cut, instead of the taxes. Heh. And regarding the item, I will say that it's a disc based console game, and a very early version of a released game. Not a popular property in gaming, but other media... perhaps.
  11. And both of those cases assume that the item won't be lost in the mail.
  12. TL;DR - I'm selling off my collection to fund a bunch of important life things, and one of my items is a rather... unusual prototype that I want to sell. I'm guessing the item might sell for at least one grand on eBay, but it could potentially go much higher than that. I have never sold any item for more than uh, 500 bucks, so I'm wondering how safe it would be to sell an item that's so valuable on eBay. Or would it be a better idea to sell this privately? (And before anyone asks, yes, the item has been dumped and preserved. It's not public, but I have the files.)
  13. Hey everyone! The Video Game History Foundation is running a donation drive to help with their operating expenses for next year, so I'm offering a bunch of items in exchange for donations. If you donate the amount I request to them (directly via their pledge page), I'll send you the item by mail at no cost (after I get your address, of course.) Most of the items I have are not gaming-related, so I'm only posting the stuff that's relevant to this site. If you're curious about the other items you can see them at my thread on GameTZ. This is only available for US donators, since shipping outside the country is insane. Disc-based items will be sent via USPS Media Mail, so it might take a while for them to arrive. Monster Hunter x Hello Kitty water tumbler - $20 Donation (box is falling apart, but item has never been used). This from a 2010 promo crossover that both franchises ran. NFR Final Fantasy XI Online PS2, brand new, but outer sleeve has a tear and age damage - $40 Ms. Pac Man Tiny Arcade (new, but has stickers on box) - $12 From Twitter: So yeah! If you're interested, please send me a private message and we'll go from there. Thank you!
  14. Well, I tried listing them on ebay auction twice, and they didn't sell... so maybe someone here wants them. https://www.ebay.com/itm/324911225584 https://www.ebay.com/itm/324911226448 https://www.ebay.com/itm/224716038966 108 total comics. 2/3rds of them are action/crime, the other third is drama. Keep in mind that the high ebay price is just because of their fees, I'm more than willing to negotiate a lower price (plus shipping costs.) Please PM me if you're interested.
  15. Probably a bit under 1000 items. I don't have an up to date collection list, or photos at the moment, but I'm working on it. Also, it's in Northern Mexico, East of Tijuana. Mexico is bigger than you think.
  16. This is probably a long shot but... I've been planning to sell off basically my entire console game collection (plus my comics, and a massive chunk of my DVD / Bluray collection) because I need to sell off the family home and move to Tennessee. It's basically impossible for me to ship all of it out via the mail because I don't have nearly enough time to ship everything out. My collection ranges from the NES to the Gamecube, with a bunch of accessories as well, and several PC games in box. I've got a bunch of mid-range valued stuff, and I'm only keeping the stuff that's sentimentally important to me. There's just one catch: The collection is located at my parents' house... in Mexicali, Mexico. Luckily, the house is located about 10 minutes from the border crossing, so the only issue is crossing the collection back into the US. (The border agents can be a real pain in the ass.) Is there anyone near me who would be interested in this? I'm not asking market value, considering the cost of gasoline and the time needed to pick this stuff up. I'm still in the middle of cataloguing everything but I figured it'd be worth asking in case someone here is interested. Thank you.
  17. You mean the same shady shit they've been accused of before? https://twitter.com/CatDeSpira/status/1414440756924751873 The Tweet doesn't want to embed for some reason. Blog post about it from 2009: https://www.originalprop.com/blog/2009/10/27/heritage-auction-galleries-lawsuit-in-the-news-claims-of-fake-bidder-n-p-gresham-auction-manipulation/
  18. I have: 13 x Star Trek Generations Cinema Collection Cards Packs (6 cards each) 6 x Star Trek 25th Anniversary Packs (12 cards each) 16 x Star Trek 25th Anniversary Series II Packs (12 cards each) 3 x Star Trek The Next Generation 25th Anniversary Packs (12 cards each, not pictured) 7 x Star Trek The Next Generation 25th Anniversary Series II Packs (12 cards each) 22 x Star Trek Edition SkyBox Master Series (6 cards each) 36 Tomb Raider Collectible Card Game Booster Pack (8 cards each) All are brand new and sealed. The Star Trek cards are just your typical trading card with shots of the movies and show (the Master Series seem to have art though) and are not for a game. Anyone want to trade stuff for 'em? I mostly do PC stuff, but will also accept offers for DVDs with games, DVD games, magazine CD lots, etc. I'm not looking for valuable or pricey things in exchange, I just want these to go to someone who would like to finish up a set or that wants to start one! I am also not opposed to selling them, but I'd much rather trade them away. Please send me a PM if you're interested.
  19. And this is what bugged me the most about that video. NA was a hell of a community and... he threw it all away for this? I wasn't even a regular there and even I felt pain at this.
  20. Maybe "We find these accusations to be baseless and we will follow up on this." I dunno.
  21. Guys guys guys. It's fine! It's fine. See? They investigated themselves and found nothing wrong. It's fine! So fine.
  22. Re: The fake proto After they were found out they started contracting outside experts to authenticate proto games. Specifically GameHistory.org. I know they are legit. But I don't feel comfortable giving money to WATA after this.
  23. ... I was considering using WATA to grade a prototype game I need to sell to raise money to move. Now... I'm not so sure.
