Yes, that is correct. I'll post a sample photo in my first post to show what I mean.

Hey all,
I'm looking custom labels that fit USA style SNES carts for Super Famicom games. So just to clarify, a custom label for a USA SNES shell that contains a Japanese Super Famicom game inside of it.
Here is an example of a Japanese only release with a custom label to fit a USA cart.
I found this site here: https://www.retrogamecases.com/shop/products/cartridge-labels/snes/snes-ntsc-labels/
It has several labels for Japanese games but I wanted to check around to see if there are other sellers as well.
Thanks!

Hey JoneBone, that's a good question that I should specify. Thank you.
I would say I'm looking for 'good' to 'very good' condition. I would prefer no major tears, serious dents, stains or things that drastically alter from the original form. Smaller issues can be fine depending on the location and if the asking price is adjusted to factor these things in.

Wow that's a really interesting piece of history.
Why would you want to remove the wire? It's obviously meant to be there.
Because I think it would be interesting to see the copy protection enabled and how it behaves. Could be fun to mess with

Wow. I had no idea that was a thing. That's really interesting. I wonder, if I was to remove the wire, would it cause damage or just make the game enable the protection mode.
I love learning nifty facts like this.
Thanks everyone
*Edit* On closer inspection I can see that I would need to repair the 2 traces as well. I think I'm gonna go for it lol.

Very interesting. Makes me wonder what happened. Thanks Driftwood!

Hey Bone, I don't have any specific budget for the games. I typically just hear out what a person wants for their game and compare that price to other sold listings along with condition and go from there to see if we can reach a deal we are both happy with.
