So from the last two replies, it sounds like you are punishing the seller because of your lack of understanding of what an 85+ grade means...you said you didn't want to start a claim if it wasn't the seller's fault, but it sounds to me like this whole thread was just your way of trying to make yourself feel better about what you already decided to do regardless of whose fault it was...which is return the item for a refund claim or not. The seller didn't grade this, and from what I can tell, he sold the item as described in good faith. Unfortunately, eBay rewards buyer's remorse and punishes seller's good faith more often than not... I don't know how they keep sellers.
