Does WATA grade CIB Gameboy Colors? (Handheld console, not game)

Just as the title says, lol, does WATA grade gameboy colors?  Sealed, and/or CIB?  I know VGA grades some consoles but I believe they have to be factory sealed, no CIB

Currently VGA does and so does CAS. But Wata? Despite what they claim, they only grade games. For select consoles. And possibly under select positions of the moon, depending on how much money you gave them.

Also, they prioritise grading reproductions, bootlegs and misidentifying prototypes.
