So I go to "Bid History" > "Cancel Bids", I select the auction, then cancel a specific auction, and I'm presented with 3 options: - The buyer contacted me to cancel bid --> using this goes to the enter password page and loops forever - I can't verify the buyer's identity --> same as above - Other --> This makes a text input box appears at the bottom, except that it doesn't work. I tried all the options several times, on Mac, Windows, different browsers. Anyone had to cancel bids recently and managed to do it successfully?
