So often I will see what appears to be a great looking Tengen box only to discover the UPC has been chopped out when I see the back. Some sort of rebate program? I’m not really seeing this with any other publisher but this happens all the time with Tengen stuff. I’ve only looked so much but I’m not seeing any inserts or print ads that mention collecting the UPCs.
