They do have some wear from use- see photos for condition. They were originally Japanese models, but have been converted to US ones. They connect to the US eshop (although that is now shut down). They play US DS and 3DS carts, and are running they latest US firmware. They are all tested working. No games or chargers are included, but each does have a stylus.
