Need quick help with a Atari 2600 Prototype predicament. (Any Atari 2600 experts in the house?)

Heya guys! I bought a lot on Facebook that clearly had this Dolphin Atari 2600 cartridge in it:

However the seller was incredibly nice to me(like almost too nice) and sent me the Atari 2600 lot without asking for payment, and told me to pay after I got the lot which is pretty incredible. However when I got the lot the Dolphin prototype was missing. It's been a very suspicious dealing and that is the exact same one in that Ebay auction with the blue circle on the end label. I did however find this in one that was in the lot, and it's Plaque Attack.

Edit: Ok, thank you confirmed this is indeed a prototype. The rabbit hole here goes wayyyy deeper. Will update with more info once I get it. There is actually hope I can recover the Dolphin proto!
