Price of Gamecube Game Boy Player Start-up Disc Slip Cover

I'm doubtful I will ever find one of these apart from the disc itself, but does anyone have a reasonable estimate of what a Gamecube Game Boy Player start-up disc slip-cover might go for?

I have a player and disc in an original clear case, but no slip-cover.  I'm not interested in a CIB unit, or really even the extra documentation, but I might like to hunt down a slip-cover in very-good to gem-mint condition.  Before I actually decide to hunt for one though, I'd like a decent idea of what I might have to pay for it.

If it's too much, I might just hunt down a "complete" disc or disc+unit and just sell off what I don't need but that can be such a hassle.  Subsequently, if you do have a slip case or a disc+slip case and might want to trade, I might be able to work out a deal with you.

When I sold my copy with its slip cover a few years back, I ended up selling it for $30 over the going price. So you're probably looking at possibly a $30 premium, mine was in immaculate condition as well.
