Over the summer I finally got the last game I needed for my NES collection (Bonk's Adventure) and decided to ramble on video for 18 minutes about my 30 year journey.
In the video I talk about:
* My definition of complete collection* A history of my love for Nintendo and some of the nerdiest things I've done over the years
* Stories of how I acquired some of the games

Hey guys, in between playing and collecting NES and podcasting I decided to start a movie review channel on YouTube. If that is your thing feel free to check it out.
1. 100% spoiler free
2. short videos because your time is valuable

9 for me. I've only seen the movie one time but it would definitely make my top 20 of the 2010's. I honestly can't believe a movie about a college jazz drummer could be as edge of your seat thrilling as it is.

This was my favorite movie of 2017. Check out my video review:

We released a new episode today and it is probably my favorite so far. We discuss the songs of 1994, which is probably my favorite year for music ever:

which episode would you suggest I try first?
Being that you are on a video game forum I would probably do one of the video game episodes. The newest episode, Video Games of 1988 is a good one. I also really enjoyed recording the following:
Episode 3 - Cassette Tape Culture
Episode 8 - Landlines
Episode 11 - Summer Vacation
Let me know what you think if you give it a listen, we are always looking for feedback and episode ideas!

Just giving an update. I am now 65-0 and will definitely finish Bases Loaded by year end. I'm really ready to put this one in my rearview.
Only 15 games to go

I had a PSVR and sold it to buy an Oculus Quest.
Playstation VR has more games but Quest is portable, wireless and has a MUCH better screen and MUCH better motion tracking.

I'm glad to see you've tackled Bases Loaded, and I hope you can keep the faith. From what I understand, you're about 1/3 of the way through the game. Even if you can complete only one game per day, I think there's enough time left in the year to get it done and get your credit. Though I've never won a single game of Bases Loaded, I seem to remember someone beating it for a previous "Beat All the NES Games" challenge saying that there was an exploit where it was pretty easy to pick off a baserunner between pitches with the pitcher.
There is an exploit where you can throw a pitch that the other team cannot hit. So, most games throwing out baserunners isn't necessary. However, I very rarely pitch perfectly so give up a few hits per game. Even with almost never having to play defense and just bunting every time after scoring a run or two each game takes 25 or so minutes. I'm really going to try to finish by year end but we have a lot of travel coming up for the holidays so it may be a bit tough.
