Games are art, and I think more universities in the US are starting to understand that. They can be approached similarly to film studies/musicology etc. with close readings, history, and so on. Hopefully that sentiment will be adopted by more institutions in the coming years. Those classes were absolutely the best that I took throughout undergrad!

Hi all! My name is Avery and I've been a collector of most things Nintendo for a while. I'm quite active on Instagram/FB, but have come here for info many times in the past few years and figured I may as well join. While I've collected for every Nintendo system, I've been really focusing on NES for the past couple of years.
